Individual therapy is your place to walk through the parts of your life story in the way that you're needing. Together, we can identify and navigate current life challenges, work through areas of stuckness, and gently shine light on the parts of you that have been hurting. Our sessions can assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be present in your life so that we can understand them, learn from them, and work to reshape them. It is in this work that you can reconnect with your needs, your unique strengths, and the parts of yourself from which you may have become disconnected. Gaining a compassionate and clear understanding of yourself and your values can help you identify the next steps to take to bring you closer to the life and the relationships you've been wanting.

The approaches I integrate into our sessions are based on your current needs and goals, and commonly include: insight-oriented (attachment-based and psychodynamic/object-relations), strength-based, relational/interpersonal, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral (acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), family systems, multiculturally-informed, and expressive arts therapies (including sandtray).
